This client hoped for a backyard that resembled a hotel in Napa.
With an extensive landscape remodel and some minor hardscape tweaks, we were able to turn this clean slate into their dream yard. We created 3 main lounge areas spread apart for indoor outdoor entertaining throughout the home. We created a zen pool area that overlooks the infinity pool and mountains.
We brought the inside out by using actual furnishings such as a wood cabinet that we doubled as a towel cabinet to give the outside of this home a warm feel. Vintage limestone planters and mixed wood and iron furnishings give this home a perfectly imperfect and custom feel. Added lighting throughout and the use of vintage Morrocan lanterns adorn the outdoor overhang giving a rustic and comfortable vibe to what was once a clean, somewhat sterile space.
